Cards Inventory ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Account information: email address, display name, password hash (for email sign-up), and subscription tier.

Collection data: cards you save, quantities, variations, grades, purchase prices, and uploaded card images.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

Payment data: processed by Stripe; we store Stripe customer and subscription IDs, not full card numbers.

When you use AI features (price insight, Ask AI, card scan, etc.), relevant card and collection context may be sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic Claude and/or Google Gemini) for processing. We do not sell your personal data.

AI providers process data according to their respective policies. We send only the minimum context needed for each request.

We use session cookies via NextAuth to keep you signed in. These are essential for account functionality.

We retain account and collection data while your account is active. You may request account deletion by contacting us; we will remove personal data subject to legal and operational requirements.

Cached AI outputs (price insights, market signals, Ask AI answers) may be stored to improve performance and reduce cost.
